Revmetrix, its website and any applications it publishes are owned, operated and controlled by Revmetrix, Inc. (“Revmetrix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We create a variety of software applications that use website visit information to provide interesting and valuable services to you. We provide this privacy policy to let you know what information we may collect and how we may use it, share it and protect it.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at revmetrix.com (the “Site”), the tools made available through the Site and any mobile application published by us (“Applications”), as well as a number of related services (collectively the “Services”). By visiting the Site or using the Applications and Services, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Practices for Visitors to the Site

(a) The Information We Gather and How We May Use It: When you access the Site, we may collect the following information:

  • Personal Information – We may collect Personal Information when you knowingly provide it, including when you register for the Site, provide feedback, or request information. (c) Controlling our use of your Personal Information: If you have provided Personal Information such as your email address when registering for our Site, you may modify that information at any time by sending us an email (privacy@revmetrix.com). While we would be sorry to see you go, you can delete your account at any time. Keep in mind, however, that even if you delete your account, we may retain your Personal Information in conformance with our data retention policy, under which we may retain such information to comply with laws, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. There may be residual Personal Information that remains within our databases, access logs, and other records. In addition, we are not responsible for updating or removing your Personal Information already disclosed to third parties who have been provided information as permitted by this Policy. You can opt out of receiving certain email communications from the Site by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Please note that even if you unsubscribe or opt-out, we may still send you Site and Service related communications.

(d) Targeted Advertising and Choices
We don’t use Personal Information to serve targeted advertising. To support our Services and Applications, we may license or otherwise provide the Non-Personally Identifiable Information we may collect via the Site and use that information to deliver or enable the delivery of advertising that is customized to End User interests. We may also set Cookies and tokens on mobile devices where our Site is enabled to help us with online ad targeting and to provide analytics.

Information Security and Retention

We take reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include firewalls and encryption, internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems. We encrypt and hash any device ID that we may collect.

We restrict access to Personal Information to Revmetrix employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, if they fail to meet these obligations. However, we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your information will remain secure under all circumstances.

We retain Non-Personally Identifiable Information on the Platform for up to five years. Aggregate reports generated from such information may be kept longer.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Information from individuals who are under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site or Services are designed to attract people under the age of 13. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. If we obtain knowledge that a user is under the age of 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s Personal Information from our databases.

Our Site and Services may contain links to, and allow you to share content on, third party websites and services. The Site and Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Site or Services from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Site or Services, you are transferring your Personal Information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.
